Hear My Voice: Be Heard and Make a Difference!

Are you currently not in education, employment, or training and looking for your next step?

The Hear My Voice project empowers you to support your local community while preparing for the world of work. Through hands-on activities, teamwork, and dedicated one-to-one mentoring, you will gain practical experience, build confidence, and help shape more inclusive workplaces.

Start Date: W/C 26th of October 2026

Personalised Guidance: Access to 1:1 support throughout the programme to help you achieve your goals and overcome barriers.

What You Will Do

The 14-week programme is split into two focused phases:

Phase 1: Community Action and Fundraising (Weeks 1–7)

Connect with your local area and create positive change:

• Learn about your local community
• Explore local charities and causes
• Choose a project to support
• Plan and take part in a fundraising activity
• See first-hand the difference you can make

Phase 2: Employer Advocacy (Weeks 8–14)

• Step into the professional world and advocate for inclusive employment:
• Explore the world of work
• Learn about workplace inclusion
• Meet local employers
• Share your views and lived experiences
• Create an employer awareness campaig
• Present your ideas at a dedicated Hear My Voice event
